I have the experience, know-how, and the tools to repair most problems that arise in a typical rental -- without having to hire a handy-man or specialist. PHILOSOPHY

I do not lease to just anyone (like many of the so-called "professional management" and "real estate management" companies do). I take the time to "get to know" your renter. As part of my standard service, I include a couple of follow-up visits where I'll collect the rent in person. This allows me to check the property for potential problems, and to establish a better rapport with the renter. Your renter is less likely to damage the property, or skip out on the rent, if he/she knows that the property is managed by a real person who cares, rather than some faceless corporation.
